Notice of Temporary Fuel Surcharge (TFS) Implementation for Singapore – Batam Ferry Services Effective 12 March 2026 Due to the recent sharp increase in global market fuel prices, all ferry operators operating between Singapore and Batam will implement a Temporary Fuel Surcharge (TFS) effective 12 March 2026, charged SGD 6.00 per passenger for departures from Singapore and IDR 65,000 (SGD 6.00 ) per passenger for departures from Indonesia. The additional fuel surcharge is to be paid at the ferry counter upon collecting the boarding pass. Kindly inform your customers regarding the implementation of this additional fuel surcharge. This surcharge is temporary, and ferry operators will continue to monitor fuel prices closely and adjust or remove the surcharge when market conditions stabilize. Entering Indonesia Requires All Travellers to Use “All Indonesia” App Starting 1 September 2025 T he Government of Indonesia has officially implemented a new regulation for international arrivals. Through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) in coordination with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, it has been announced that the use of the All Indonesia application is mandatory for all international passengers entering Indonesia. This regulation will take effect from 1 September 2025 and must be complied with by all passengers, including foreig tourists. What is All Indonesia? All Indonesia is the government’s official digital application that integrates immigration, health, quarantine, and customs services into one electronic platform. With this app, passengers can complete all arrival declaration forms before departing for Indonesia, helping reduce long queues at the airport. How to Access the All Indonesia App: Download via Google Play Store or Apple App Store Access through the official website: 👉 allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id Submission must be completed within 3 days prior to departure until the day of travel from the country of origin.
